Returns Policy – Satisfaction Guarantee

We stock quality pool and spa equipment and supplies from the most renowned manufactures in Australia and the world and we are confident that you will be very pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, you are welcome to return it to us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. The refund will be issued to the full amount paid for the product including shipping.

Conditions:

• You must contact us within 30 days of the date of purchase and obtain a Return Authorization Goods Return Number (GRN) from us.
• The product must be returned in good conditions.
• Products damaged because of incorrect use, negligence or misuse will not be accepted.
• All components, accessories and original packaging must be returned.
• A copy of the original receipt and the authorization number must be included with the return.
• Products must be shipped or returned to our Milperra NSW warehouse using a pre-paid label we will supply.

Steps to return a product:

To return a product simply follow the steps below:

1. Submit your details using the Returns Form below or contact us on 1800 233 803 to obtain a Goods Return Number (GRN) and a pre-paid shipping label.
2. Pack the product in the original packaging and include all of its components and accessories as well as a copy of the original receipt.
3. Address the package as below:

4. Ship the product to us using the pre-paid label supplied by us.
5. Once your product is received, the return will be processed within 10 business days and a refund or exchange will be issued. Refunds will be issued by the same payment method used to make the purchase and can take 1 – 5 business days to be received.
